Modern Slavery Policy

Opcivilian is committed to ensuring that its staff and any workers it supplies (directly or indirectly) are not subject to behaviour or threats that may amount to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and similar human rights abuses.

This statement is made in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Opcivilian’s slavery and human trafficking statement 2024.

Opcivilian encourages employees to report concerns about compliance with this statement, without fear of retaliation.

Our Policies

Opcivilian’s policies include an Anti-slavery Policy. This policy sets out the organisation’s stance on modern slavery and explains how employees can identify any instances of this and where they can go for help.

Training
